Description

In collaboration with Prof. Koenraad van Renterghem, Boston Scientific has developed a unique patient and physician testimonial video that is intended to educate patients in the early stages of ED diagnosis about the existence of the penile implant therapy option and to ultimately help shorten the treatment pathway and timeframe. Prof. van Renterghem informs about the changes in the EAU guidelines on ED treatment and that the majority of erectile dysfunction patients would have preferred earlier implantation of their penile prosthesis. The video sheds light on the potential impact of first line therapies on patient quality of life as well as the positive impact that the penile implant can have on quality of life.
