The video presents a case of a 65 years old gentleman with severe Peyronie’s disease with ventral curvature associated with erectile dysfunction. There are multiple options for surgical management of this particular condition. One procedure with highest levels of satisfaction is the placement of an inflatable penile prosthesis. The technique used by our service for treatment of ventral Peyronie’s curvature with a ventral patch, combined with a standard inflatable penile prosthesis insertion is demonstrated in detail is this video.

All the surgical steps are well documented and described, enhancing the viewers understanding of the procedure. Special attention is brought to the urethra mobilization, probably the most critical step for this procedure.
